I am am wife, a cleaning lady, a cook, an UBER drive (for my kids), a fitness coach, a cross fitter and of course my favorite a mother of 3 boys. As a NASM and IYCA certified trainer I have been in the fitness industry for 17 years as a personal trainer and a competitive figure competitor. My drive to stay fit and healthy comes from wanting to be the best role model I can be for my 3 sons. After all, I have learned that "behaviors are caught NOT taught". The confidence and self esteem that my children have gained throughout our own training inspires me to continue to help youth athletes.

I began focusing on training youth athletes after watching my son's and their peers on their practice fields. I witnessed many passionate athletes wanting to excel in their sports but lacked the guidance on how to properly use and fuel their bodies. I realized that the majority of coaches are able to teach their athletes and players to "play the game" but lacked the knowledge to make them "STRONGER" to play the game. Our goal is to create athletes who are functionally stronger by training for injury prevention, core strength, mobility and of course confidence. It has been amazing watching Competitive Edge athletes develop physically and mentally. Especially when they learn to believe in themselves!
Our competitive Edge athletes work harder than their competition. They understand that hard work pays off and that with consistency, discipline, and patience they will become the best the can be. As their coach I am committed to my athletes by treating each session as a teaching lesson by stressing the importance of proper technique, form, goal setting and most importantly nutritional guidance.
